Calling all Garden Lovers & Volunteers!!! Any age or garden experience welcome!!

Join us Saturday April 23rd - anytime from 9:00 am to Noon for Spring Garden Clean-up. This year’s spring garden clean up will coincide with Chicago’s Citywide Clean & Green Event.

We will focus on the Eden Community Garden at Catalpa and North Edens Parkway (just east of Cicero). If time permits, we will also do some clean up at the Metra gardens.

Worried you can’t distinguish keepers vs. weeders? We have experienced “diggers” for guidance. Come out and start recouping Vitamin D loss from winter!! If you can only offer one hour or the full three hours, any level of participation is welcome.

Tools and trash bags are provided. Bring your gloves, knee pads and containers to dig up your own free plants.
